1. Cleaning up the ocean:
We can have more trash cans by the beach so that litter and garbage does not wash back into the ocean. We can hold contained and oil cargos accountable if any of the containers or oil spill into the ocean and make sure that hefty fines are in place.
2. Illegal fishing:
We can stop fisherman and boats from fishing illegally and causing the ocean and marine life harm. Even though people fisherman will argue and say, a few fish that are caught illegally won’t cause any harm but if you take all the fisherman around the world who do this it becomes an important factor and should consider being looked at.
3. Learning more:
You know how occasionally, you will hear about a new animal or plant being discovered. If you look at earth, lad is 29% and water is 71%. Imagine how many things are waiting to be discovered under the ocean? Animals like the shark have been around almost as long as the dinosaur.
I hope everyone could treat the ocean with a little bit more respect especially when someone litters on the beach because who knows what might jump out and say hello next time you go for a swim at the beach.
